Can you tell me when the release of the next upgrade will take place, not beta's?

Can you tell me when the release of the next upgrade will take place, not beta'sI can't give you an exact date. Here's what I can tell you. Everything, including documentation will be completed sometime this coming week. The build that will posted will be the official release, although it will be posted on the beta site.

As to when it will be officially released, is then in the hands of our marketing folks. There's a new website being built so whether they want to wait for that to be completed, or just update the present site will be decided sometime this week.

Will this include stuff like video/ audio fade and AC3toMpeg2 ?

they are talking about the official release of the version 2, the features you mention are scheduled for a future release afaik ;)
