On file open, "unable to determine initial clock"
versions affected: 593 - 596

File attempted to be opened was remux output of ffmpeg program.

Content is H264 / AC3 with approx 24mbps video and 640kbps audio

If trim off the start of the file, I can open it. Amount needed to trim varies from one instance to another. It's time consuming to need the trim step.

This happens on some, not all of the files I make like this.

Is there a setting that can help to improve this?

Log file attached.

Is there a setting that can help to improve this? No.

Can you upload a clip that has this error so that we can check it out? We can either change the logic that gets the initial clocks offset or add a parameter that will search deeper.

A 350mb file named "L350.ts" was uploaded to folder /HDstreamer-16868.

The issue reported occurs with this file.

Using the same file with trim and copy, starting at 300mb start trim point, the result will open with videoredo without the reported issued.

Thanks for considering this.
