Trial Key not being accepted..even from clipboard?

Any suggestions on why this is happening.. I have tried manually and pasting from clipboard to get the trial version to accept it..appreciate any assistance :?:

Did you use the email address as supplied in the trial key email in the name field? This is the most common problem.

If that still doesn't work, email us at: support@videoredo.com and we will send you another trial key.
