mpeg-4

I just got the new Sanyo HD1 hi-def camera and it records in mpeg-4. I am looking for software to edit without going through any conversion process prior to editing.
Suggestions?

i have plenty of movies with MPEG-4 i want to edit them . i tried 9+,adobe pro,movie maker,not suported format,,,,

quicktime its the only one but its very basic realy.
i want a convertor from mpeg-4 to MPEG, MPE, MPG, M2V. got any???
