Which version should I have now I've paid.

I have version 1.6.0-243 on my computer and from the website it would appear that this is the latest.
Reading this forum I see mention of "build 257".
Should I just go to the help menu and "check for updates"?
I suppose I'm just a little confused by all of these numbers!

More recent versions are available. Note, they are beta versions. In general, my experience has been that these beta builds are quite stable. If you go to the FTP site that is listed here and at the top of the support forum and go to the betas folder, you can get the most recent builds.

Sorry I'm not very good at this. How do you get these later versions to dowload? Shouldn't I be wanting something with a .exe file? :oops:
The Videoredo check for later versions in the help file says mine is the latest. Version 243.
