Updated configuration

Hi!

A few days ago I had a total systems crash. It appears to have corrupted the configuration xml file. It was rebuilt with the defaults, but I forgot the "stall" settings that need to be done manually there. Please remember to add them to the configuration utility at some point.

I'm going to continue letting these parameters be "undocumented features", sorry. AFAIK, you are the only user who adjusts them, and the UI configuration complexity is greater than I like already. Please make note of the info and back it up somewhere to prevent future aggravation.

Those settings should populate from the defaults.
