My VAP process is as follows;

1) QSF
2) Comskip
3) Stop processing to Run VRD to manually check/edit cuts, save project
4) Re-start processing and VAP/VRD saves adcut file to output folder.

Once step 2 completes, the file status is "Awaiting Cuts." Once step 3 is manually completed, the file status is "Awaiting Cuts." If there is a large list of files awaiting cuts, and the user has edited a few of them earlier, is there any way to distinguish files that are at the end of either step 2 or step 3?

I've encountered that a couple times myself.

If I lose my place, I usually sort the Output folder by date/time modified and look at the older Vprj files.

Either that or Start Processing to let those I did modify perform the manual cuts, then any Vprj files left after that is done needs the manual cut checks/modified to be done to them.

Would be nice if after Step 3 it gave a different Status. Manual Check Saved or something.

Good idea -- on my todo list. What should we call the status after the cuts have been reviewed? AWAITING SAVE? (Keep it short of course.)

CUTS SAVED
CUTS REVIEWED
AWAITING COMPLETION
AWAITING FINAL OUTPUT

Just some alternative thoughts off the top of my head to your AWAITING SAVE

CUTS SAVED or CUTS REVIEWED would seem like a good option since that is what was done, is short and sweet.

Sounds good, any of them.

I really like that bold text in the monitored files list, when a file is brand new. Would it be overboard to have a text style or color associated with the current file completed status we've been mulling over?

Tonight while "saving with manual cuts" I noticed that the file status actually went back to "Awaiting Cuts" during the save procedure. This is the last stage before a file disappears from the monitored list entirely.

Oh, and you may actually have to give focus to the file at that last stage by clicking on it while it's "Saving with manual user cuts."
