No audio in my mpeg

I tried to load my MPEG file into VideoReDo but it couldn't load it...could this be because the MPEG has no audio track? I used TMPEG to make separate elementary streams when I created it, since it didn't have any audio to begin with.

VideoReDo will load a file without an audio track, but it must be a program stream. Perhaps you created an elementary stream out of TMPGEnc in which case we can't load it.
