500 Seeking past end of DVRMS

I can seek beyond the program end of some of my DVRMS files. There seem to be a few more frames here, but sometime this hangs VideoRedo. For example, a file I am editing has a program end of 59:57.24. Dragging the slider in the navigation bar all the way to the right stops at 59:57.24. Using frame advance, I can go to 59:58.03. This doesn't seem to cause any problems so far. However, if I am using the mouse wheel (set to Move next I-Frame), and jump passed 59:57.24, I get a popup "Problem while seeking to: 00:59:58.24". After clicking okay, VideoRedo is hung, and all edits are lost.

Try processing your file thorugh QuickStream Fix first, then load the fixed file for editing. Tools>QuickStream Fix

Using QuickStream Fix does fix the issue. The rewritten video file now loads with Program time of 59:58.03. Is there any way short of fixing each DVRMS file that I edit to avoid the potential hang condition, or to know that a QuickStream Fix is needed?

You have some PTS issues with some of your files.

Using QSF in advance will fix them before editing.
