PTS Underflow warning

Hi,
I've this setup:
PVR-250 with Beyond TV 3.4.4 to record off a satellite box.
I've set to record at:
Program Stream
9,000,000 Bitrate for the Video
224,000 Bitrate for the audio at 48KHz.

When I open a file of about 30 mins (2.1 GB) and simply save it without any changes I get 7-9 PTS Underflow, even if I run Quickstream fix on it before.
If I do 3 cuts I'll get about 120-170 PTS underflow over 20 mins of show.

is it ok ?

any hint to fix or minimize it ?

We changed the multiplexor in the last release and it seems to cause these PTS underflows if the bitrate of the video is close the file mux rate.

It shouldn't be a problem because the most software players ignore it, and if you author to DVD, the authoring programs remove the time stamps.

This will be addressed in a beta in the next day or so, please keep an eye out on the beta section of this msg board.
