What software do you recommend to work with Videoredo where I can titles/music and special effects.
Womble DVD Wizard is a mpeg editor that features loads of transitions, FX, additional audio tracks, etc. But it'll cost you ~$100 bucks or so.
BluffTitler is about half that price, and can import mpg files. It's a fun & powerful piece of software.
There is DebugMode's Wax software, which is free, but I'm not sure if it can import mpeg files.
Adding additional audio tracks could be as simple as exporting out of VideoReDo as elementary streams, loading the audio into a multracker such as Audacity, and mixing in your music track.
Depends exactly on what you want to achieve.
Cheers!

If you really want to add these things to the video itself... then I'm sure the above answers are appropriate.
However, if you want to add them to a DVD, then any mid- to high-end DVD Authoring program can provide all sorts of specials on your DVD.
Here are some links into help and info for one such program:

The down-side? It's not cheap. :)
But hopefully, it'll give you an idea of some things that can be done on a DVD.
