Zero length scene produces no output

While working in scene mode, if I go directly to save as without selecting a scene, I get a popup stating that there are no cuts and do I wish to re-mux the entire file. If I select yes (desiring to remux the entire file) and enter the appropriate output information, I get another popup stating that the entire file was cut and the output was aborted.

Good catch. Put in a fix to warn you explicitly if no scenes have been defined.
