Follows is a post I made in the Sage forum. I don't know who to point my finger at so I will point to everyone ;)

I'd like to be sure that what I commit to dvd is a valid file that I can read. I have been using VRD for almost a year and never had this problem before. This looks like a Sage problem but something VRD is doing seems to be causing it. I have small examples if you desire and I appreciate your response in advance.

--sage post--

I recently rebuilt my xp machine and am running 2.1.10 with Cayars stv.

I file copy a lot of raw content to dvd. Most are .mpg files directly copied to dvd and they play fine in Sage. Now in 2.1, any file I touch with VideoRedo and copy to dvd generates the following Sage error:

There was an error playing the selection of:
ERROR(-10) No encoders can tune the selected station

The really wierd aspect is that the edited file plays fine from an import directory on the hard disk, just not from dvd. WMP always plays the file ok frrom anywhere.

I uninstalled Sage 2.1.10 and installed 2.0.17 and the same edited file on dvd will play fine.

I have changed decoders, stv, older versions of VideoRedo as well as changing parameters in VRD and always the same behavior in 2.1.

Anyone else see this or know what an error-10 is?
