DigiTV problem

I (and a few other DigiTV users by the look of it!) downloaded your program after reading good things about it in a newsgroup.

The program looks great and will be a major benefit to DigiTV users....but, I haven't yet been able to load a DigiTV file into VideoRedo without the program just quitting. It is fine with vob's.

I have tried it on my desktop PC:

AMD XP 3000+
1GB RAM
160GB HD
Audigy2
XP Home edition

and then I tried it on my Dell 8200 laptop using the same files.

On the laptop, it behaved slightly differently in that it comes up with an error report:

Access violation at 0x77F5234C (tried to write to 0x11472642)
Program terminated.

The first address is always the same but the second one changes with the file which is being loaded.

I guess that my desktop PC is having the same problem but is just not pausing to display the error.

I've taken the liberty of uploading a small sample file (nexstarDigiTV.mpg) in case it helps at all.

Dan, I just wanted to say 'thank you' in the forum for the brilliant troubleshooting and support you provided yesterday.

The program now handles my DigiTV files perfectly and it is a joy to use.
