View Full Version : Got trial key but can only convert 1 hr of video

Hello.

I have activated the trial key but i am still unable to convert all of a VRO file. When i load it into VideoReDo it shows its length at 2hrs 9mins. When i try to convert it to a mpg however it only converts exactly 1 hour.

Any advice/suggestions would be very welcome.

What is the size of the output file in MB?

Are you saving to a FAT formatted drive?

Hello Pat

The output file is 1.84 GB (1,979,344,900 bytes) and yes i am saving to a FAT formatted drive.

Pat,

Thanks for looking into this. I suspect that my burnt disc may be at fault however.

I have tried another disc and this converted in full.

I will use the edit function and make two mpg files. I can then use my Cucusoft software application to join the two files and make a DVD.
