I have a folder called "DVD". In that folder are multiple subfolder for movies which contain vob files of each movie.
Is it possible to set up a batch to combine each of the vob files for the individual movies and save them to different mpegs?
This way I don't have to do it one movie at a time.
Thanks!

Are you sure the VOB files only contain the movies(s) sequentially? Have they been extracted / edited so that any menu, extras or other content has been removed? I'm thinking some kind of IFO parser, or using vob2mpg?
Otherwise, your desired procedure could be unreliable.
I would say the easiest way is to set a destination folder in batch manager.
Navigate to each subfolder, load the VOBs simultaneously using the Combine feature which will create the VLST file, and add to batch using Ctrl+B.
Keep adding the VOBs from each subfolder, then run batch manager to process all of the files simultaneously.
