PTS Under Flow

What does PTS Under Flow mean? On occassion, I get a few after making a clip.

PTS underflows occur when the audio presentation time stamps (PTS) fall behind the system clocks in the program pack stream headers. This can occur when the bit rate of the video material exceeds 9.8Mbits/second. A few ( < 100) PTS underflow errors will not affect the output program. A larger number may indicate either a problem with the source program material or an internal problem within VideoReDo/QuickEdit.
