getting BTV commercial cuts

I've scoured this forum but for the life of me can't figure out how to use the Snapstream BTV commercial cut info. Is there a menu drop down in VRD that's not readily apparent - or maybe i'm just going blind from reading too much monitor text. Any (step-by-step) help would be appreciated.

On "open project" click on the file type combo box. You'll see chapters.xml as one of the defaults.

To make life easier, go to Tools>Options>File Associations. Add "xml" to the file list and click the checkbox next to it. Then the BTV chapter files will appear in the standard file open dialog.
