Can't load key after purchasing

I received the e-mail with the key pasted it into the key area and tried to register it would not work. I redownloaded the software after removing the software I had on the system. After reinstalling the software I tried entering the key again and keep getting the message "Key cannot be registered, please check your entries". What am I doing wrong. I have a project I must get out today please help asap.

If I read the directions I would have entered the right name with the key. Sorry.
