Dan,

I have to post this, since my email to support@videoredo bounced.

Patrick,

There's a new beta version that should look good at 120 DPI. If you're interesting in testing, just to be sure, please let me know.

Thanks... Dan
Hi Dan,

Thanks for the great support. That is really amazing.

I downloaded yesterday the latest beta 207 from your FTP and installed it. If that is the one you are refering to, it looks, well, different.
Hard to explain, I should make a screenshot, but that has to wait till I am home again tonight.
The videowindow is the same size, but the other stuff (cut list, controls, etc) is now hovering over the picture. That is an improvement, but looks really ugly.
I will email a screenshot to you tomorrow.
Rgds

Patrick,

No need to post a screen shot. You know, I had it working at 120PI in Build 204, and must have messed it up in in an interviening build. Guess its back on the list of things to do. :(

Other than the fact that the video was located in the wrong place was the rest of the screen OK?

What kind of email bounce message did you receive? Please check your private board msgs.

Patrick, Can you try 210 in the beta folder. Seems to look much better on my 120DPI test systems.

Ok, will do.
Thanks for all the efforts. I will give feedback on 210 tomorrow.

Dan,

all I can say is: wow. :D
I just played all night with beta 210 on my 120dpi system and it works and looks great. Everything fits on the screen now and the proportions of the different elements are exactly right (well, at least for me).
Bringing out a version extra for me and my somewhat exotic configuration is a really great level of service. Thanks a lot.
Best Regards
Patrick

Bringing out a version extra for me You're welcome, but there are others who are running at 120DPI :)

This is actually part of a bigger modification which allows you to resize the video window. That feature will be available in 30-60 days.
