View Full Version : Help a paying customer try the betas.

I purchased TVS and am using it but would also like to be able to try out the betas when they are released. I see some of my requests appearing in the betas.

When I try to install a beta on my test PC, I get a message saying the trial period is expired. I am guessing that's a side effect from a very old beta I had installed prior to purchasing TVS.

Is that as intended? Or is there a way to try new betas? I would think that new betas should start a new trial period but there seems to be a bluring of trial and beta versions with TVS. But I understand if you have public betas coming out more often than the production version trial period is long, it could cut into sales :)

I am not willing to install a beta anything on my production system so if I can't participate in beta testing or get a preview on a test PC, I will just have to live with that.

Are you sure you're launching the TVSuite beta and not an old version of Plus? Both can coexist on the same machine, so it's a common mistake.

The problem has been resolved by installing the beta using my TVS key.

I'm pretty sure I wasn't launching Plus.
