How do I upload a file to the VideoReDo support team?
You can click on the following link to gain access to our public FTP site:
ftp://upload:upload@videoredo.net (ftp://upload:upload@videoredo.net/). Use the following information to log on manually:
Host:videoredo.net
User:upload
Password:upload
When you upload a file, it is strongly recommended that you create a new folder and place your files in that folder. This will prevent naming conflicts with other users.
After your file has finished uploading, please send an email to Support@VideoReDo.com with a reference to the topic number so we can track your issue.
Please note that our public FTP storage space is limited and that files may be deleted at any time, and anything with personal information should not be placed in this public space.
