There still seems to be a small problem with saving dvr-ms meta data. If the subTitle is blank, TVSuite seems to save the file with a long empty string. This leads to poor formatting in WMC (see attached).
What version of WMC are you using?

TVSuite still puts long strings when the original program does not have the attribute. Has anyone looked into this?
No one has looked into it. Can you use 549 or 551 to see if this behavior is still there? 547 was a beta version and has been replaced by 549.

I have been keeping up with the latest Betas, I am on 552 now (should have included in post :) )
Then I'm not familiar with the problem. Originally the extra data was a result of MCE picking up the file before we updated the metadata, but that has been addressed in later builds. What are you seeing?

Take a look at the image (http://www.videoredo.net/msgBoard/attachment.php?attachmentid=243&d=1196555141) in the first post. There is a long string of blanks where the subTitle should be. This makes the Description unreadable. This occurs when the original program does not have a subTitle. The one thing that is not default, is that I have the confirmation dialog always pop up. I do not have any unedited programs right now, but I will check how TVSuite does without the dialog.

I tried it without the dialog and it still has the problem. From your response it appears that you are not seeing this?
Is the source file when you get the blank titles, DVR-MS or not?

Yes, source files are DVR-MS. I recorded a short clip and processed it through TVSuite. I have uploaded these files (ftp://videoredo.net/DVR-MS%20subTitle%20Problem/) for your examination.
Munir, please send us an email to support @ videoredo.com with the name and location of the files. Thanks.
