I have Tivo desktop v 2.5.1. When I transfer programming from the Tivo to my desktop it saves one file as a (.tivo) file and also converts the video to (.mp4) for my mobile device.
I would like to edit the (.mp4) file before transferring to my mobile device. I tried opening the file with VideoReDo v 3.1.4.549 but got this message: "Unable to open file".
What is the solution to my problem?
