Input Sequence Errors

I just ran Quickstream Fix on some old VHS footage I had. It came back and said there were 4 input sequence errors. What are these errors?

From the Help file: Input sequence errors occur when the temporal reference of a video frame is outside the allowable values. It indicates that there were some problems with the source video material, probably dropped frames.

Do the locations (time within the video) appear in the log file? I get these infrequently and would like to play just the affected parts of the output to see how bad the impact is.
