I tried out videoredo about 2 month ago so today I buy the software I get all the emails stating that bought the software. Videoredo sends me a token to use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled videoredo. I'll goto help then enter new software key. A box will ask me to enter the name and key then another box pops up asking which update to use auto or manualto update. Then again a box comes up asking for the name and key for the second time.
does any one know whats is wrong or what I'm doing wrong. :confused:

When it comes to license related questions, you are probably best contacting VideoReDo Support directly, via support @ videoredo.com, (or us directly if you are Australian and bought your license from us). It might be helpful if you also provide additional information such as:
* What product did you buy the key for?
* What product and version do you have installed?
* Did you buy a full license or an upgrade from a previous version?

I found out what I did wrong. I did not buy videoredo plus I just bought videoredo tvsuite upgrade. I bought the plus enter the key that was sent to me. After installed that tvsuit upgrade went in ok . :mad:
