Playlists for video clips in MCE?

I have a collection of music video clips in DVR-MS format. I would like to be able to make a playlist in MCE for playing at a party. Has anyone any ideas how I might accomplish this? Preferably in MCE but other ways would also be considered. I am also interested in modifying the metadata etc so thumbnails could be shown in the video library, and to sort by song, artist album etc.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wait for the next version of media center. Hopefully it's in there. There is no current way outside of writing your own app to do it.
