Use of TS-Full stream

Hi, I've just installed Web Sheduler Pro to capture streams from a Freecom DVB-T USB Stick. All works well and I use VRD to edit the captured files.
WS Pro allows the option to capture one (or more) programs from the same MUX, or to capture the full TS stream (TS-FULL).
When I do the latter, VRD only sees one of the captured programs.
Can VRD split out the individual programs and edit them separately, and if so how?

The Tools Menu>Select Stream option will let you choose the program you wish to edit.
