NCIS As DVR-MS Is Being Clipped

I'll keep this simple as I can.

I record NCIS using Windows Media Center 2005.

Then, when I open it in VideoRedo, no matter if I edit out the commercials or not, when I try to save it so I can burn it to DVD, all I'm getting is about the first ten minutes. The original file size is about 3.5 Gig and what I get is anywhere from 4.5 to 7 Meg after the save.

Please tell me it's something very simple that I'm not doing.

then again, there probably isn't anyone who falls into that category.....

anyway, I digress.....

when you download a free trial version, in order to be able to use all facilities of VideoRedo, you nmust also request a "trial key".....

gee!..... I don't know why I should have realized that.....

it only flashed right in front of my eyes on the entry splash screen each time I opened the trial version!
