Can't get image on videoredo

Hi, I was using Videoredo last couple of months and everything was ok, now I can't see image during play and also audio is bad (broken), I have also TVSuite and today I install the upgrade and have same problem, video during play is like a green with ghosts ...any help will be appreciated.

What Windows OS and SP?

What is the source of your video files? What capture device do you use?

Try enabling YUV acceleration and DirectSound in Tools>Options>Playback Devices
Also try different video drivers and audio devices on the same page.

Windows XP SP2 , source is a comercial DVD, I move the vob to the HD with the same result, I change the options with same result, I`m tested on a Toshiba Satelite pro with 2GB RAM

Could you trim and copy a 20-30MB segment of the original file and upload it to us? Tools>Trim and Copy Source File

Confirm that the trim and copy segment has the same problem before uploading.
