audio frame errors on PCM 48kHz

Hello guys,

am wondering why I get errors on fi8les that have PCM sound 48kHz

recorded with a Pioneer DVR, disc then either directly cut with VideoReDoplus
or the same with going through TMPGenc creating a .mpg file first.

I get at least 10 audio frame errors per 5 minutes play time, can go up to 20


any ideas why
