Hi all,
Since a few builds, I get quite often an annoying error when mastering a DVD from the current file. After a while, the process stops brutally with a C++ error in VideoRedo3.exe and an "abnormal error terminaison". Then the application exits. This seems to be due to the content, which comes from a DVB-T source and which has been edited once with VRDTVS (add removed, etc.).
Is there something I can do ? Thanks.

Is there something I can do ? Thanks.Try reducing the GOP size and/or make compliant DVDs.

Hello,
I had again the same problem, with a content which is fully DVD compatible (or should be) : it's a direct extraction from a content recorded on my Panasonic Home DVD recorder. The content has been recorded on a DVD-RAM and I have simply copied the VIDEO.VRO file on my PC HDD, then opened the .VRO file with VRDTVS. The DVD mastering process fails with a C++ Runtime error.
Update : I unchecked "accept uncompliant DVD" or something like that, and it worked (only GOP reduction was concerned). I tried another time, with the initial parameters and initial file, and it worked fine this time. Strange !

Try processing the .VRO file through QuickStream Fix first, then load the file for editing/authoring

Hi all,
I think I found the cause of the problem, and a possible bug : the destination folder for the DVD VOB files was on a drive called L: but L: is an USB external HDD which sometimes get renamed as K:
And that time that was the case. During the first trial with a given content, I got the C++ runtime Library error. As soon as I redirected the output folder to and existing folder it worked.
Can you reproduce this on your side ?
Thanks !
