NTSC -> PAL?

i bought a live concert dvd from amazon.com as this dvd only available in america. of course it's NTSC.

now i want to convert it to PAL. anyone knows a good program which can convert ntsc to pal without stuttering in the result?

I assume you tried playing it directly on your player? Some DVD players support the other format.

There's a commercial program called Xtream.

Works very well. Trial version available that watermarks output so you can see if it will work for your purposes.

If your player will play NTSC, but won't play the DVD because it's a region 1 disc, see if there is a region-free hack for your player.

thanks, i can play the dvd on my player. but i need some clips of the music dvd for my next best-of dvd which is in pal.

btw: it's cyndi lauper's live at last ... and it's awesome!!! :D
