Perhaps this has been discussed. Perhaps it is even available via an option in the beta. Sorry in advance if it has.

Anyway, to me, it seems useful [and symmetrical] if the four 'jump to' buttons [jump to previous/next cut/sceen_marker] would have an implicit stop point at the start and end of the file.

Sometimes my recordings start a little late, and there is actually no first commercial. AD finds the ones in the body, and the skip functions [preview on or off] work fine to make sure they are correct, but it just seems that the same buttons should allow me to check the start and end of the file too [yes, I know that home and end would get me there, but it seems I should be able to cycle through all the verifications with the same buttons...]

Thanks, Clay

I'll have to think about this. Thoughts from others?

I agree. Perhaps best as configurable option for each type (cut, scene). Presently, I'd use it for cuts, not for scene markers.

as a mouse user i've always wanted a go-to-start and go-to-end button, at least it would work this way for me :D

and maybe the buttons left and right to the preview and ad button could be visible from the beginning and not only when there are scene markers or cuts?
