When is it expected VideoReDo Version 2 to be available for purchasing? I currently have a trial version of 1.x and I really like it. But if version 2 is close to public release, I might as well wait.

If I purchase version 1 now, how long should I expect to get updates/support for that version?

Version 2 is very near code complete, and will be released this month. It comes in 2 flavors, VideoReDo/Classic and VideoReDo/Plus. Plus has all the new features: http://www.videoredo.net/msgBoard/viewtopic.php?t=772

If you purchase V1, you'll receive a free upgrade to V2, VideoReDo/Plus. Along with support for that version.

No need to delay your purchase.
