I am trying to open a recording from my beyonwiz pvr. It is a .ts that has recorded from it's line input. I get the message that H.264/AVS files are not yet supported. It works fine for all .ts files that are recorded from the digital tuner, but not from the analogue input. can you help, as i don't want to purchase until I know this works.

H.264 files are not yet supported.

Hi Paul,

I have the exact same problem with my Beyonwiz recordings. It seems the external AV input uses a different codec. I have been able to get around this by converting the files using TMPGenc V4.0 Xpress first, but like all software, you lose a little quality every time you convert. It's satisfactory, but just IMO.
