I've ripped several hundred DVD movies using DVDShrink and AnyDVD, and put them on my Windows Home Server for use by my W7 Media Center. They were done as multi-VOB rips. I'd like to convert these to new format which is best for playback on xBox 360 extenders, as well as Apple products such as iPad/iPhone. Ideally it also keeps the chapter markers, and it's in the most compatible format where I'll never have to do this conversion again :-)

Any suggestions on settings and output type would be much appreciated. I'm evaluating VideoReDo and will purchase if it can do what I need, but thus far I can't figure out the right combination of settings.
