637g NO VIDEO
635 was crashing on me all the time so I quit using it. 637g hasn't been crashing nearly as much, but on the other hand, it has been less useful because there is no video (!) in the main window. All I see are the thumbnails. If I select "play", I hear the audio just fine.
I've been editing wtv files, mpg files and mp4 files today. Most were mpg, but others were h264. No video on anything.
I looked through all the settings and don't see anywhere I could have disabled the video. Can somebody tell me what's happening here and what I can do about it?

Check the hardware driver settings in Tools->Options. You may have the video driver set to disabled. If not then just try one of the other options and see if it makes a difference.

Thanks, Dan! That was it exactly. I had changed the video driver from VMR 9 to Direct X, then forgot I did it. At the time, I thought both would work. At any rate, when I changed it back to VMR 9, video reappeared.
