Yes, include the log as an attachment. The registration key isn't removed with an uninstall. It stays with the system.
One other thing you can try is to reinstall the later beta into a separate folder and see if that has issue.

DanR has found solution (he gave me this tip on email). I allowed VideoReDo for access internet once and now it doesn't want to do it again.
Hope it will stay this way.
