    Default Mouse wheel unresponsive

    Hi all -

Playing with VRD3.1 on a Vista system I've come across a mouse wheel problem for you.

System is a Samsung X60plus running Vista Enterprise; video is an ATI Mobility Radeon X1700 with Catalyst 7.1 drivers.

The mouse is a Microsoft BlueTooth network presenter mouse 8000 using Intellipoint 6.1 drivers.

What I'm seeing is that VRD is almost completely insensitive to mouse wheel movement here. I have to move the wheel very rapidly for even a few wheel movement messages to get picked up.

The mouse wheel works exactly right for normal scrolling functions.

Any ideas? Want any extra details?

    Thanks

    Alan

I'm using Intellipoint 6.1 on Vista Home Premium here without any issues.

    I have a wired (PS2) Trackball Explorer.

Any other bluetooth mouse users having an issue?

No problems with mouse here. I'm also using Intellipoint 6.1 on Vista Ultimate. The mouse is USB connected, it's a Microsoft Optical Mouse.
    If I haven't broken it yet, I will soon . . . . .
