[Fix] Joiner / DVD: VRD would crash if a file in the joiner or DVD list was missing. Will now check that required files exist.
[Fix] DVD Authoring: When recoding, the video bit rate settings are being ignored and output bit rate is extremely low.
[Fix] DVD Authoring: Menu options are reset if Change Menu options is pressed after menu is setup.

[Fix] Cut mode: Last frame of cut was excluded from output video. Broken in 594.
