What is the source of your video files? What capture device do you use?
What version number of VideoReDo are you using? Help>About Can you try the latest Beta available here: http://www.videoredo.net/msgBoard/showthread.php?t=6961 If that doesn't resolve your issue, Try enabling "Ignore Transport Stream Maps" Tools>Options>Stream Parameters
