Default Add slow motion playback to trimmed videos?

Is there a way I can add slow motion playback to the video? For example, my friend was in the crowd at a game the other night and was on screen for about 1.5 seconds. I have the HD Video from my tivo. I have cropped it but now I have a 2 second video. I would like to make it 10 seconds so it just plays slower when Uploaded to youtube...Is there a way to copy frames and re-insert them or duplicate frames sequentially...

if anyone has an idea of how I could best do this, thanks!

I have VideoReDo TV suite

Not easily with VRD.

You could more easily extend the clip using titling and the joiner.

Split the clip and use a fade in with picture with the beginning.

Use a fade out with picture for the end.

save each segament separately.

add both to joiner and add a title in between with no fade in or out.

for each segment you would use a screenshot of the first, last and a middle frame at the cut.
