Batch Manager fails

...whether it's to convert wtv to dv-rms, convert dv-rms to mpg or to run Ad Detective. I THINK I've accurately followed the instructions in your How-to-Guides. All I get, no matter what, though, is a series of these messages: C:\Program Files (x86)\Multimedia\VideoReDoTVSuite\vp.vbs(54, 2) WScript.CreateO
bject: Could not locate automation class named "VideoReDo.Application".

What am I doing wrong? I'm using VideoReDo Suite v3.20.1.587 with Windows 7 x64.
