Do you see the "sparkles" when played in VideoReDo?

How about uploading a short <10MB clip of problem areas to our FTP site: ftp://videoredo:videoredo@ftp.drdsystems.com/uploads/

Dan,

I found out what is going on but it doesn't make any sense to me so far. When I finished cutting commericals from a file, I always review the file in fast forward using one of several different players to make sure I haven't missed anything.

It seems that the sparkles only occur when reviewing IF VideoReDo is still open after doing the Save Videl As function. If VideoReDo is closed, then no sparkles.

Does this help?

Karen

Yes, that might make some sense. Do you have VideoReDo setup to use YUV acceleration (Tools>Options>Display)? If so, there might be a conflict between the background color keys used by VideoReDo and the other products.

The good news is that your file sounds like its OK which the important thing.
