Avoid frames removal

Is it possible to prevent VRD from removing any audio and video frames when cutting ? I want to keep all frames intact no matter if they are damaged or not. I changed this option "Detect / resync missing frames" to "Ignore", but it had no effect.

Prettty sure that all Edit cuts are recoded right around the cut point.

Now you can "cut" with the "Trim & Copy" tool and I don't think there is any changing of the file at all there. But it can be a serious PITA.
That is provided that VRD can read the damage areas at all.
