Can't open MP4 files - log file messages shows "Checking reg: 120" before application crashes

I've upgraded to V6 today and can't seem to open mp4 files... the application hangs and then closes by itself shortly after opening the file.
The log file shows "Checking reg: 120" each time this happens. This doesn't happen to .ts files.
I've tried uninstalling all versions of TVSuite (V4, V5 and V6) and then only installing V6 but get the same problem.
Is there is another way to remove TVSuite completely and try again?? Any help appreciated - thanks!

It could just be an issue with the MP4 files. Can you open one of them in MediaInfo, switch to text view, and copy/paste the info here?
