Every capture from my avermedia card said frames removed

I have some captures a lot of them videos i did personal use captures. Every captures i did are in mp4 format but the frame rate is 59,94 fps I used my avermedia live hd 2 card to capture. Can someone tell me why its doing this? Everything i save is just copy to copy.

VRD does not support VFR...............They are working on it tho.

Do a Tools>Trim and Copy first, make sure that drops frames and then upload the smaller clip. Thanks.

Sorry for not replaying i been trying all day yesterday and early in the morning i am having problems trimming it. Before i trim it it gives me a warning the trimmed copy of mp4 will be unplayable and its right trim works but file is dead. I can't recapture it for a test i do not have hulu anymore as right now i do not pay for it unless i see a lot of stuff i like. Master file is 14.2gbs. I tried saving file ignoring the frames removed it worked i disabled it in settings. I turned it back on and in trimmed copy by hand no frames issue but it shows up if i edit the master file. Ill do some more tests on what is going on. Maybe the commercials inside the video file is causing frames removed? Ill do a full edit and remove all the commercials and ill let you know. When i captured the stuff i had the ad plan to save money by the way this is not the only video like this. Anything captured using avermedia live hd 2 card.

Commercials can have different audios and create problems with editing.

Wizard24, You can't trim an MP4 file because it has header information that makes references to the remaining contents of the file. One can only trim files that don't have headers such as program, transport and m2ts files. Do you have any shorter files that exhibit the dropped frame behavior?

You can change the container to TS and trim that and then change back to a MP4 container.

Not sure how one would do that since processing the mp4 in VRD would remove the frames.

I was unable to produce the frames removed on split copy of the video using other programs. Only time i get frames removed is on the master copy then saving a edited copy i get this

Part of the new log. Im wondering why videoredo is saying audio raw format. In my profile it has ac3 5.1 to capture for audio i never tried it before due to a bug before i heard when they did that. Since im unable to get you sample is there anything you need? If media info said aac audio how come videoredo reports raw audio. I would say maybe thats why videoredo removes audio frames.

13 audio frames removed out of 273,539 might be normal and related to a possible capture or transmission error. You can ignore the Format: raw, it's just an indication of how the audio is muxed in. Does Tools>Show Program Info say AC3 or AAC for the audio codec?

Yeah...not something I've done before. I was testing, BUT Looking back here more closely it wipes what you are after...oops.

Changing the container in VRD does a full have, albeit very fast, but any save will invoke some level of resyncing logic to insure sync.
