Feature Request: Batch move cut points

Over many years of using VideoRedo, I’ve always wanted to do the following:
  1. Move all cuts forward (or backwards) x frames. (Or x milliseconds)
  2. Shrink all commercial cuts by x frames. (Or x milliseconds)
  3. Pad (expand) all commercial cuts by x frames. (Or x milliseconds)
