Find a Frame in Video Files

Hello,

In many video files, the individual scenes are divided by optically identical frames with a length of about 1-2 seconds.
Does anyone know of a search function with which the searched frames can be found?

The video file should be divided at the positions searched for, as the scenes do not fit together thematically.

Does anyone know such a function?

Namely, more than 70 video files have to be searched and split.

Are these just hard cuts? Or do they have black between them? Is there anything distinct about the audio at these transition points? Do it go silent or change the number of channels?

The sound cuts out during the short time.

The image does not contain any black values, it is just completely filled in a certain gray value.

In one of the next few words I can upload the image file here, if it helps.

Sounds like you might be able use the AdScan feature for this. In v5 it will only be able to detect the gray frames after you train it. In v6 we have the ability to detect audio changes as well so it might be more accurate. (you can install the trial if you want to see if it works better)

It works well. After a recognized spot was trained, version 6 found some additional wrong spots, but that's not that bad. Many thanks for the support. It has significantly reduced the work on 70+ video files.
